Bradford J. Boisvert Chef/Proprietor

Bradford’s culinary journey has been a busy, yet incredible one. His culinary career started at the age of ten in his home town of Warwick, Rhode Island, where Bradford started his own catering business. Bradford also worked at several local restaurants, as well as the 1996 summer Olympics in Atlanta Georgia, where he cooked for numerous dignitaries and athletes. Bradford then went on to the Culinary Institute of America, located in New York, to get his formal training. He began by completing his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and then went on to complete a bachelors in Restaurant Management.

Bradford has also had the honor of being able to
participate in and win numerous culinary competitions such as the Bocuse d’Or USA Concours, as well as being featured in several newspapers and magazines such as Forbes, Newsweek, USA Today, Take Five Magazine and Eat: Travel and Epicure Magazine. You also might recognize him from various appearances as a local chef on the New Day show (the New VI).
